Whiteside’s Brass Inlay Kit allows you to make perfect fitting inlays for decoration or repairs. Simply cut your template from 1/4” thick material and trace it with your router to cut both the cavity in your workpiece and the matching inlay to be inserted. Instructions are included. Our kit includes a special centering pin to insure exact alignment with router spindle. Also includes a 1/8” Solid Carbide Spiral Router Bit (Part# RD1600).

Base Plate on Router must have a 1-3/16″ diameter hole by 1-3/8″ counterbore.

• TOOL SPECS: Solid brass, standard inlay kit with 1/8″ cutting diameter, RD1600, and 1/16″ inside corner radius.
• INLAY KIT: Ideal for creating precise, custom inlays for decoration or repairs, ensuring a perfect fit every time.
• TEMPLATE AND INLAY: The brass guide can be reconfigured to cut both the template and the matching inlay. All parts are included along with instructions to guide you each step of the way.
• DOWN CUT SPIRAL: Includes Whiteside’s 1/8″ diameter RD1600 Down Cut Spiral. The spiral design provides a smooth slicing action while the down shear keeps the top edge of the inlay crisp and clean.
• CENTERING PIN: Equipped with a special centering pin to ensure precise alignment with the router spindle for accurate setup and cutting.
