• Angle Adjustment: The silky smooth adjustment mechanism lets you set precise angles. The laser-engraved scale provides clear readings.
• Positive Stops: The protractor head has positive stops at 22-1/2°, 45°, 67-1/2°, and 90°. These predefined angles make layout work faster and more accurate.
• Scribing Guides: Along the blade, laser-cut scribing guides appear every sixteenth of an inch. These guides are perfect for parallel scribing. To set the zero point, depress the spring-loaded index pin and lock the head at any full inch.
• Compact T-Square: Lock the head at 90°, and you essentially have a compact T-square. The scribing guides on 1/16″ centers allow precise marking.
• Centering Head (Optional): The Mini-Indexable system also includes a Centering Head. Attach it to the blade at 45°. Scribe across the end of square stock from two corners, and the intersection reveals the center. Even if the stock isn’t perfectly square, marking from all four corners creates a “box” that contains the center of the largest true square.
