The Protractor T-Square excels at angled layout, but it’s just as effective when everything is straight and square. Striking lines parallel to an edge with the scribing guides is easy—just drop the point of a mechanical pencil in the desired dimension and slide the head along the edge of your stock. The 1mm diameter scribing guides are on 1/16″ centers (or 1mm centers on the PTS-600 model) with additional 1/4″ holes for laying out shelf pin positions. The laser-engraved scale reinforces your confidence, and the 30° bevel on the edges eliminates parallax error. The bright white engraving contrasts sharply with the red anodized surface. Two locking knobs on the back of the head allow you to set and lock angles precisely. The indicator is factory-calibrated but can be easily re-calibrated if needed.
