Use the two-piece Vee Panel Tongue and Groove set with a ball bearing guide for connecting a joint in your project. This joint is different from a standard tongue and groove since it allows for a small vee groove above the joint. Recommended for a material thickness of 5/8″-1″. Any material over 1″ thick will require a second cut on the tongue profile to waste away excess stock.
