This model is ideal for larger jobs, as well as accommodating to two or three jobs going at the same time on the table. The 9600 is ideal for wood dust. This model comes equipped with tube filtration which cleans with a 99% capture rate at 1 micron, creating a much superior filtration system than any pleated filters. The 9600 comes standard with a filter cleaning brush/handle for manually cleaning the filters, casters and a rubber coated top.
Tube Filtration
Tube filters are great for wood applications and fine sanding dust. Life expectancy of the tube filters is between 1-2 years with average use. The dust is captured inside the tube and falls from the filters into the dust drawer below, when the machine is turned off. A soft bristled brush (furnished with all tube filtration models) is used to run inside the filters, offering a deep cleaning procedure for the filters if needed. The tube filters clean at a 99% capture rate at 1 micron, creating a much superior filtration than any pleated filters.
