This conversion kit is for cabinet door construction with undersized 1/4” plywood panels (Actual panel thickness of 7/32” or 5.5 mm). Whiteside’s conversion kit #6000X converts the regular full size Stile and Rail bits to the narrower groove required for these plywood panels. This kit gives you the flexibility to do either plywood panels or raised panels. Plus, it can be used on any Whiteside full size Stile and Rail bits that you may already own.

• TOOL SPECS: Carbide-tipped conversion cutter with 1-5/8″ large diameter, 7/32″ (5.5mm) kerf, 5/16″ bore, and 2 flutes.
• PLYWOOD PANEL CONVERSION KIT: This kit is for converting Whiteside’s full size stile and rail bits (part #6001-6006) to undersized plywood panel construction (7/32″ or 5.5mm).
• UNDERSIZED PLYWOOD: Specifically designed to convert your existing Whiteside Stile and Rail set for the flexibility of doing standard 1/4″ panels or undersized panels (7/32″).
• TONGUE AND STOCK SIZES: Creates a 7/32″ tall x 3/8″ long tongue. Ideal for stock from 5/8″ to 7/8″ thick.
• ROUTER TABLE COMPATIBLE: Designed specifically for use in router tables for raised panel construction of cabinet doors.
