The Woodpeckers DelVe Square, available in 3.5″ and 6″ sizes, is a precision tool that combines functionality with ease of use. Crafted from aircraft-grade aluminum, it boasts laser-engraved scales accurate to ±0.004″ total accumulated error. The scribing guides, spaced at 1/8″ intervals, enable quick and precise marking of parallel lines along stock edges.

Beyond its basic squareness, the DelVe Square offers additional features. The base is offset with 3/8″ and 1/4″ on either side of the blade, making it ideal for 3/4″ stock. You can easily mark 1/4″ from both edges for mortises or tenons, or use the 3/8″ leg to find dead center. Graduations along the hypotenuse allow for various angles, with 1° increments on the 6″ version and 5° increments on the 3.5″ version. Octagonal layout angles at 22.5° and 67.5° are also included.
